These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Viralize Studio is an AI-powered video content creation platform that enables users to:

Generate video scripts using AI
Produce AI voiceovers and scene images
Assemble short-form videos
Publish videos to YouTube and Instagram
Schedule and manage content publication
Generate content calendars and trending topic ideas

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. Features may change, be added, or be removed at our discretion.

3. Account Registration

To use Viralize Studio, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
Be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in some jurisdictions)
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription & Payments

Plans

Viralize Studio offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans unlock higher usage limits and additional features. Current pricing is displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time.

Billing

All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid subscribers. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first charge, contact us at support@viralizestudio.com for a full refund. After 7 days, all charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

5. User Content

Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create using Viralize Studio, including scripts, videos, and calendars ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

License to Us

By using the Service, you grant Viralize Studio a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or close your account.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and must ensure it does not violate any laws or the rights of third parties. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you publish through our Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Viralize Studio to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
Generate, distribute, or publish illegal, harmful, hateful, or deceptive content
Harass, threaten, or harm other individuals
Publish content without appropriate rights or licenses
Attempt to bypass API rate limits, authentication, or security measures
Use the Service for spam, phishing, or other malicious purposes
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Viralize Studio uses artificial intelligence to generate scripts, images, voiceovers, and metadata. You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific use case
You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing
We make no guarantees about the accuracy, originality, or copyright status of AI-generated content
You assume full responsibility for any content published through the Service
AI outputs may be similar across different users — uniqueness is not guaranteed

8. Third Party APIs

The Service integrates with third-party APIs including YouTube (Google), Instagram (Meta), Stripe, and others. When you connect these services, you also agree to their respective terms of service:

Viralize Studio is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party platforms. Changes to third-party APIs may affect the Service's functionality.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior
Non-payment of subscription fees
Legal or regulatory requirements

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIRALIZE STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
Failures of third-party services (YouTube, Instagram, Stripe, etc.)
Any content generated by AI that is inaccurate, offensive, or results in claims against you

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Viralize Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Viralize Studio.
