When you register, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. This information is required to create and manage your account.
Content You Create
We store the scripts, scenes, AI-generated images, audio files, assembled videos, content calendars, and video metadata you create within the platform.
Usage Data
We may collect information about how you interact with our service, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken.
Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your full card number, CVV, or sensitive payment details. We only receive a customer identifier and subscription status from Stripe.
Platform Connection Tokens
When you connect YouTube or Instagram, we store OAuth access and refresh tokens. These tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before being saved to our database and are used solely to publish content on your behalf.

- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To send transactional notifications (e.g. video published, weekly digest)
- To publish videos to YouTube and Instagram on your behalf when you authorize us to do so
- To generate AI content (scripts, images, voices) as instructed by you

5. Data Storage & Security
- All data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL), with encryption at rest and in transit via TLS
- OAuth tokens (YouTube, Instagram) are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage
- Row-Level Security (RLS) is enforced on all database tables — you can only access your own data
- Passwords are hashed by Supabase Auth and never stored in plaintext
- We use HTTPS for all communications
While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to keep your account credentials confidential.
6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Right to Correct — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to Delete — Request deletion of your account and all associated data

7. Data Retention
- Active accounts: Your data is retained for as long as your account is active
- Deleted accounts: All personal data is permanently removed within 30 days of account deletion
- Payment records: Stripe retains billing records as required by law

Viralize Studio is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. 10. YouTube API Services
Viralize Studio uses YouTube API Services to publish videos to YouTube on your behalf. By connecting your YouTube account, you also agree to YouTube's Terms of Service.
